The Greatness of Who We Are & The Service of Cacao: Oonagh Browne. With Julia Neumann
Show notes
Oonagh Browne is the Founder of The Cacao Ambassador. Her true service is for Humans to remember the greatness of who we are.
Having read this, you may already sense how this episode is a massive invitation to come home to yourself and into the Greatness of who you are.
In this conversation with Julia Neumann, Oonagh shares of her extraordinay life path from Ireland to New Zealand, from the corporate world into her true calling. She speaks about unplugging from the linear life plan, doing radical shifts, unlearning the patriarchal rulebooks, and embarking on the quest of "who am I, who is humanity, why are we here?"
She shares vulnerably and authentically about encountering her shadows, about depression, and how Cacao helped her take the first step out of that darkness into reclaiming her light. From her felt experience, Oonagh claims her indigenous spirituality, as she stands in the lineage of her Celtic, Druidic, indigenous ancestors.
This is one of those episodes that you will be able to listen to over again and discover more wisdom each time, such as on:
- How everything that happens to us in life has a jewel to be harnessed that can be turned into magnificence
- Facing into the shadows
- Coming out of depression
- Getting back into the body, amongst other things through the help of cacao
- Stepping out of Patriarchy into next culture, not going back to matriarchy or patriarchy but coming into balance
- Taking responsibility in your life
- A whole different way of being
- Taking small steps that lead into a big leap
- Learning to move from trueness rather than the pressure of the world
