00:00:02: This is Radically Alive Women's Agecast.

00:00:07: Meet the team of Radically alive women age cast.

00:00:10: in this episode We talk about keeping center, we talked about teamwork, what it means to be woman and many other things including also visions for The

00:00:22: H-Cast.

00:00:23: I feel sad that since we recorded our conversation on February the team has changed.

00:00:31: Mia and Sebastian have meanwhile moved on to find out what they want to create next.

00:00:37: And Anika Kostin is moving into a wider interviewing team, so we

00:00:43: are liquid

00:00:44: as an H-Cast Team... ...and I also feel glad about that because this is what an evolutionary team looks like—that people come, let people go… That they learn what they need to learn and then move onto apply these things in their own creations!

00:01:00: So that makes this episode even more precious and we hope you enjoy it.

00:01:04: Let us know what do think in the comments or send an email to RadicallyLiveWomen at gmail.com.

00:01:30: be here with you Sebastian Norton, Mia Ruby Harrison and Estefania Santamaria.

00:01:37: It's become so clear that there is a way the person who holds interviews like Annika Kostner myself Julia Neumann were visible to public when so much of creation an Hcast episode in the whole Hcast itself happens behind scenes that do other work and so essential like you are, they're hardly seen.

00:02:03: So this is a conversation we're inviting to witness and show ourselves –to show the team.

00:02:13: Sebastian's our audio wizard.

00:02:17: Mia Ruby is our video sorceress.

00:02:21: And Stefania is out-reach communication lover!

00:02:29: And we have Anika Kostin as an interviewer and Hannah Abuzara is still on the wider team for holding interviews.

00:02:39: The way this conversation's going to go, it that... We play ball with questions so I'm gonna start us off when i'll ask a question to one person in the team?

00:02:49: Then the person answers the question then asks another person next question.

00:02:56: So we're playing a conversation slash interview game.

00:03:01: And as we're in radically live women, there might also be interruptions as necessary or change of direction... Or let's find out!

00:03:12: My first question is to you Estefan.

00:03:16: and then the good tradition of Radically Live Women who are YOU right now?

00:03:22: Thank You Julia.

00:03:23: Who I am RIGHT NOW I AM A WOMAN DISCOVERING WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A WOMAN And yeah, really loving to be a woman.

00:03:38: Loving to have been incarnating in this earth as a woman and it hasn't always been like that.

00:03:47: so I feel sad about that but also glad to be in this form and discovering what these means What i came here to share with the world where my gifts are.

00:04:01: And at this moment what I'm really embodying is my intuition and really trusting, hearing the inner knowledge that's somehow coming through me.

00:04:18: My sensibility!

00:04:19: This has been...I feel sad because i have been rejecting for a long time.

00:04:29: Now I can see how these are some of my gifts.

00:04:35: And yes, so right now I'm a woman in search of what she has to offer with this world and embracing herself.

00:04:47: All the parts of myself... ...and there's lot new for me to learn about my self that I am discovering is every step Every little thing that comes to me is showing you think.

00:05:02: every person who come into my life every experience is just like a path, step on the wider picture of my life.

00:05:12: And this is who I am today and how.

00:05:18: in the impulse to ask these questions to Mia?

00:05:23: Who are you today?

00:05:27: Today...I'm relaxing into my impulses enjoying sunshine, trees being with friends and children, eating delicious food.

00:05:51: And at the moment I'm exploring a lot my pleasure in what is my experience of pleasure which i am discovering as different every day.

00:06:07: it's such a compass that can move from.

00:06:12: Instead of using my head to make decisions and decide where we'd go, I'm more and more leaning in life into making decisions from a place that delights me.

00:06:32: Noticing how this doesn't have come form pain which is often pursued certain things out of trying to avoid pain.

00:06:49: And I can also orientate from pleasure, To move towards that and let it flow.

00:07:02: So yeah today i am allowing the pleasure of summer The joy people and Gaia are also to flow.

00:07:15: Sebastian What is like?

00:07:21: a man on the earth at the moment.

00:07:27: Yeah, it's easy for me to fall asleep in this sense of...

00:07:45: Will you let your heart speak Sebastian?

00:07:47: It is not in your head.

00:07:49: What are you feeling?

00:07:53: I feel scared.

00:07:57: that should have something to say to say about that, it is worth saying.

00:08:10: And will you drop a level deeper with your heart?

00:08:16: Like I'm only recently even with this question of what's the identity of being man?

00:08:27: so how was It To Be A Man?

00:08:33: yeah for me its not easy to identify With Being A Man or wanting presented to me as how a man should be or what a man is and growing up in modern culture.

00:08:51: And I feel sad that there's this part of me, I'm disconnected from only starting to find connection with it.

00:09:05: That was walking with the belief that something wrong with being harmful or oppressive just for being because patriarchy appears to favour and reward men.

00:09:25: So I have so much of a thing like, should answer this in certain way?

00:09:32: And you

00:09:36: can't.

00:09:36: You did answer it your own way.

00:09:40: what touches me is the realisation how painful I can relate how painful it was for me from very early on to be in a woman's body or girl's body at the time, because i could sense with all my cells that there is something off and as female of this general society.

00:10:02: But then when you are feeling man... You would also notice some things off here suppresses other people or, I mean as a general gender.

00:10:21: and i was touched in my sadness to hear you speak.

00:10:24: And realize wow it's just so painful!

00:10:27: To witness people who love being sort of on the losing end for lack of better word.

00:10:33: but that is kind of game that I saw growing up.

00:10:38: Thank you.

00:10:38: I

00:10:42: have an impulse to ask you Julia How it is for you to have a team on the edgecast today or right now?

00:10:52: It's everything.

00:10:55: It's great, it's fun...it makes so much more than I could do alone not even just do.

00:11:03: but your impulses.

00:11:05: they open up total new dimensions for me and it becomes different being then if i'm just growing on my own I'm just being here with you, also noticing my fear of maybe giving your center to me and waiting for me to do something or give you permission to be raw in this conversation.

00:11:32: And i'm learning how the teamwork and radical collaboration really on eye level... Also dropping victims like responsible victim stories.

00:11:44: if I don't do it no one will.

00:11:46: It just doesn't grip, it's not real.

00:11:50: So I'm on my personal journey with that and... And i love the journey!

00:11:56: I love you have a yes to be visible.. ..and this piece now in my awareness is so necessary if want create next culture creation.... ...it doesnt work if your not visible because thats the same old game.

00:12:13: Thank You for That Question.

00:12:18: I feel glad to also be on the team and discover what it means, being in a team under this context of radical responsibility.

00:12:29: What you mentioned about this fear as giving The Center Away To You... This is one my edges at moment noticing how i give My Center Away to certain people that they know more than me or I don't think the word is authority but representing some type of... that they're in charge.

00:12:53: And, ...I don't have this with every people.

00:12:56: there's also something and just trying to feel if it was something coming up for you?

00:13:02: And i dont' think its as strong without other people.

00:13:05: This is a thing im learning from myself To notice what information brings me on why Im giving my center way whats behind.

00:13:17: I've been so trying to fear authority figures or people that are supposed be above me.

00:13:24: That this is like an unlearning, it's like if i'm cleaning up vacuum in my...that part of My brain still sometimes comes up and I can notice now observe first then allow the information come.

00:13:45: If there something that need see at a moment about.

00:13:48: I

00:13:50: have a question for you, Estefania.

00:13:53: Is what happens when you do have your centre and own authority?

00:14:00: What is life

00:14:23: like ?

00:14:25: if I needed to hide.

00:14:27: So, it's like... If i was playing a game of giving my center away but at the same time.. ..I know im gonna do.

00:14:36: My path is my path and Im going follow what I need to follow because I know inside me so I wonder how much energy I'm putting in playing that It´s an unconscious game But more like survival strategy or protection.

00:15:00: I need to do this, survive but deep inside and know it's my life.

00:15:05: And... ...I'm gonna follow what I am guided too.

00:15:09: that is coming from something i don't really understand since being a kid.. ..I remember being guided by something like had these voices in hand supporting me That helped go through tough things of my life.

00:15:30: At the time I have no idea where was But now I know this is what has been guiding me to where i am today and maybe, To answer your question.

00:15:41: This Is What I'm Exploring with these new awareness that have of how it is to consciously Have my center And move in That space Where I don't need to...I Don't Need that survival strategy anymore to pretend that Im doing something but really going My own way.

00:16:00: Now im free to go my own Way without having to do all Of that.

00:16:05: I still don't know, but yeah it's freedom.

00:16:09: It feels like freedom and lightness is exciting.

00:16:14: there are so many possibilities in my life that when i can choose what to do its my life.

00:16:22: this is where your question Mia.

00:16:25: thank you

00:16:32: Thank You!

00:16:33: I find it so fascinating and i want to mention this here.

00:16:37: This age class is coming up three years, It has been existing for three years And you have been on the team almost a year or definitely eight months of something You are just as I am.

00:16:49: we're committing our free time.

00:16:51: We doing that because with love what do?

00:16:54: none of us gets paid To Do What We Do.

00:16:57: Even in this context The adaptation game happens, it can happen.

00:17:02: All these shadows play out as well all the light they can play

00:17:05: out

00:17:06: and It matters to me that this is a conscious game.

00:17:11: We're giving our all And we are finding how it goes To be human together In all of our brilliance with everything there Also in shadow.

00:17:22: yet when each one keeps his center What becomes possible is actual collaboration, where it's no longer my project but its your project just as well.

00:17:35: And I see that happening in a lot of phases.

00:17:38: and thats what excites me because...I wanted to be super personal!

00:17:43: i don't want her t?

00:17:43: obe about m ee..i wanted the creation.

00:17:47: we care abut....and that you care abot.....and from there the juice starts actually flow of your wisdom coming into the space is Devanya and you're Wisdom Sebastian, and you are Wisdom Mirubi in The Wisdom Of Anika.

00:18:02: And there's something else becomes possible?

00:18:06: I have a question to you, Sebastian what do know about that kind of collaboration?

00:18:12: A collaboration that is possible when each person is in their center?

00:18:18: Yes

00:18:20: Yeah!

00:18:23: The word comes from clean which has some baggage but it's quite direct and continuous, flowing.

00:18:29: The communication around the collaboration is very... Each person slightly evolves their project or proposal together And it moves in a direction that's also being checked.

00:18:50: like each person is checking the direction of projects be it an episode Or an extra distinction anything we're bringing or doing a new introduction, it's all checked within the purpose.

00:19:04: Everyone is guardian of context and so collaboration in many ways quite easy.

00:19:12: there are no worrying if I'm going to offend someone.

00:19:17: that will be reactivity processes for when reactivity comes up.

00:19:25: I have question from Sebastian.

00:19:26: how you think about being team woman yourself?

00:19:32: God, I'm really getting triggered by these questions.

00:19:34: What

00:19:35: are you feeling?

00:19:37: Scared there's something about not belonging or not fitting in and it makes me emotional for you to hear that both of your questions have been in a way separating me like I can tune into time separate.

00:19:56: Can i rephrase the question And see if this lands on you differently?

00:20:03: what are the qualities That you notice Of The Woman In The Team?

00:20:09: Is there any qualities that stand out for you in the way we work or how are?

00:20:19: Yeah, I see.

00:20:20: For one is space and softness applied to chickens And a chicken at start of our weekly meetings has been given to each person.

00:20:34: Not this pressure ticked off on the agenda quickly and then if it doesn't there's no pressure for people.

00:20:43: okay we really need to stay on do this.

00:20:47: I find a lot of ease, equality of you.

00:20:51: women have ease in their mutual understanding that everyone is always at different place in your life or day or week or month.

00:21:04: There are these constant ways because Forgiveness or it's more like compassion?

00:21:10: It is a shared compassion and also such fire for birthing new things.

00:21:19: Fire in capacity, for birting new

00:21:20: things.".

00:21:24: I love also Sebastian how you bring...I witness your bringing quality of when something frustrates you or notice hey i'm actually not excited about certain thing that you would shift and go.

00:21:38: okay what do want to create?

00:21:44: creation and for enabling this creation of being part really, the structure.

00:21:51: And then necessary infrastructure that makes it even possible to bring these episodes to life.

00:21:57: but also technology in holding space with a codex making sure we're actually connected to core intention or the core purpose.

00:22:10: And I also love witnessing how Yumiya Ruby especially and Stefania have really shifted over the last months with the transformational trainings you've gone through.

00:22:23: You're holding so much more space, and there's so much taking charge... Also saying that they still want to do something different in being honest about this here turns me on.

00:22:38: I'm sitting with it and let's check.

00:22:41: And...I love that, you bring in the space which informs what needs to evolve also those pain points.

00:22:52: so its not always fluffy or pinky but they are bringing all of these pain points for evolution of this creation.

00:23:02: And i think your turn Sebastian if want take a turn asking question

00:23:09: Yeah, male.

00:23:10: What turns you on the most about being in a position of creating empowerment for women?

00:23:21: I'm with also what you've brought earlier... ...about growth and not getting taller but energetically growing in this transformational work.

00:23:33: transformation spaces And i want to speak my own empowerment Because what I am realising is that the spaces and creations That i'm drawn to, And they want be a part of.

00:23:50: I feel my sadness because What I really care about Is for women To have access to Spaces that are empowering Really for initiation.

00:24:03: So woman can grow And grow into their full self Their bigness in world.

00:24:11: and I sense that this is such an old, and grained pattern of women making themselves smaller and smaller for such a long time to hide.

00:24:23: To be safe...to survive.

00:24:26: And there's really this call on the earth right now For That game is over and these spaces are so essential doorway, that particular woman can find these places where they grow a bit bigger and take up more space.

00:24:50: And experiment!

00:24:52: Play without it being the end of the world if its a bit clumsy.

00:24:58: I'm really glad this Radically Alive team is there as a place to play.

00:25:06: try something new.

00:25:08: That's how we grow together not by staying in our boxes and doing the same thing over-and-over.

00:25:19: My question is for you Yulia, what does it mean to empower a woman?

00:25:28: I was touched here your personal sharing of how it matters to be empowered and to empower yourself through going though these initiation processes And i agree that's similar for me...I'm on the journey like there are always more to find out and be more in my power.

00:25:48: And at the same time, I have also a sadness of knowing that when women are in their power life gets to thrive... ...and i have this fire for that!

00:26:01: I want woman-to take up space.. ..and men who are initiated into adulthood.

00:26:09: From our own experience we start with women because they relate to these experiences And I also know that it doesn't end with women.

00:26:18: When women are in their power the whole community thrives, men thrive and children thrive.

00:26:24: It's really a game of more abundance or love for thriving.

00:26:34: This is what i care about The beauty of humans as species and our innate sacred task on this planet And that is to birth life and to guard life, want make it more beautiful.

00:26:53: Something coming into me by hearing you Julia and Mia

00:26:57: speak

00:26:58: from your heart... ...and its the phrase when there's love theres always transformation.

00:27:05: This also came after listening in last episode.

00:27:09: It took me on a journey of all these flashbacks of this transformation spaces I've been in my life.

00:27:17: The more powerful for me has been always when somehow the force of love is behind and I can see how all this team How this is behind?

00:27:29: The creation of what we're doing on this team, and on you Julia Sebastian Mia Annika And everyone else involved in these Creation.

00:27:41: What do you love about transformation then Estefania?

00:27:47: it's fun Jesus, I guess in the experiencing that there's so much more.

00:27:56: There is So Much More than what i think it Is Already and so much More Possible And so many doors That I can cross and other people could Cross?

00:28:13: Thats What I love about transformation The possibility of really embodying like Really knowing by experience that you have.

00:28:22: You Can Choose how you want your life to be.

00:28:25: I can choose what my life is like today, and when i understand this from not a mental because it hurts me so much.

00:28:34: but when we are understanding these things in our own experience maybe that's where I felt I have my center.

00:28:40: yeah!

00:28:41: Like...I can choose And..i can become my teacher.

00:28:47: That doesn't mean going as a lone wolf strategy.

00:28:50: It just means....that ...I take responsibility for my life and choose And everything is a choice.

00:28:58: Every moment, I have the choice.

00:29:03: Anybody have anything else to say?

00:29:06: There's probably much more to say but... Is there anything that's bubbling?

00:29:12: Something coming to me recently?

00:29:14: tapping into the power of giving feedback

00:29:18: and

00:29:19: giving feedback on individual episodes has been like i've really loved this.

00:29:26: it's not this flow.

00:29:30: Edit it.

00:29:31: It's like, here's the episode and then we've started listening to it together.

00:29:35: me or an eye listen to the episode.

00:29:37: We're okay right?

00:29:38: We write down notes for the editing And also notes to give feedback to you Yulia or to whoever is holding space for that interview and actively being a part of the evolution in The learning spiral of each Of us as a team and also the game world and what is possible inside an interview.

00:29:58: So yeah feel fairly glad to have discovered this.

00:30:04: And I think that it's a quality of an edge cast and equality, if there

00:30:11: is such as shift in also the fun they have too.

00:30:16: get your feedback on you're coaching like those are okay here can learn with you.

00:30:24: listening party is what we call the last experiment.

00:30:27: look forward to being part of our listening party.

00:30:30: was you have lost question for each review for all of us.

00:30:36: Where do you want this to go?

00:30:38: Do have a longing or vision, an anger clarity... For where do we want the creation to

00:30:44: go?".

00:30:45: I want see these age cast in say five

00:30:47: years.".

00:30:53: In five years, I want to see series like his four weeks of this topic and even As a possibility coming to me now which is To have your compilation episode about a certain topic.

00:31:18: Like about money for example.

00:31:19: then go through A few really key Distinctions or moments from episodes related to money And having them in one episode as the recap episode.

00:31:28: It's an open doorways.

00:31:29: two those episodes but deepening and also too often you Packages for people to find something in there To find some treasure because there's a backlog of old episodes and sure A lot of people coming in will just start with the top ones or maybe the next few And maybe they're only listening every week.

00:31:46: So it's coming to me now.

00:31:49: Absolutely more People tuning in More women tuning In, more men tuning in Topics and conversations that are very relevant and salient to their lives.

00:32:02: I would love a lot of people going into liquid states after listening to episodes and then wanting to deepen their journey, finding the perfect episode for the edge that they're on.

00:32:17: The more episodes or more people there are, the more it will happen.

00:32:22: It's like if you describe Sebastian what I was seeing in my head when Julia asked me this question.

00:32:27: i closed my eyes and saw lots diversity.

00:32:31: A lot of women have been interviewed also listened of exactly what you describe in words.

00:32:40: And I would like also to, In the next five years, To hear more from the listeners as well.

00:32:48: how they went into this liquid status through their episodes or one episode took them a certain path.

00:32:57: As an example myself i will do that red term facilitator for listening to an episode and know another woman aswell and following the track of listeners that had been touched, in a way changed by listening to an episode.

00:33:23: I want for this empowerment of women to keep expanding.

00:33:29: in the same way our garden does with all this diversity really having a life on its own is.

00:33:38: it doesn't just have to be edge casts.

00:33:41: they pop up but really like the radically live woman and each cast is here for women to share their voice.

00:33:49: And

00:33:50: it could be that they share what they're offering to the world, or their gift.

00:33:54: as though come to earth with this story.

00:33:58: there's song.

00:34:00: we can have

00:34:00: concerts you know markets so he can have gatherings can get all over the world for one man too.

00:34:09: bring yeah bring them message bring the stand joy that they have about life and then this is a space to uplift it.

00:34:22: I love hearing you all, never heard of this before.

00:34:25: so i'm glad i asked was there more mea ruby?

00:34:30: maybe we can have a movie
